In racquetball, the backhand side is the considered to be every players weakness. That makes every player focus on that area
to pressure their opponent and have them commit mistakes. So the working on your backhand stroke is key when it comes to practicing.
There are many ways I approach working on the backhand that could better your swing. The backhand’s engine is in the upper body,
especially in your hips and shoulders.
Forehand Stroke
The forehand stroke is the most powerful swing in the sport, depending on how your swing is made. There is more to just swinging a racquet.
You have to have technique. Without technique, you dont have control. And without control, you can't produce the power.
The forehand stroke is much easier to learn than the backhand. The process of learning how to swing is what's important. So once you have that
control over your swing, you'll have control over the court.
