Dedication and sacrifice are key points to achieve goals in life. That's what it took for me to get where I am at. But there is also more to it. It's the support from family and parents that give you the motivation to achieve your goals. I owe it all to Mr.Rojas, my dad, to push me beyond my limits.

UOP

After highschool and attending Delta college, I enrolled in UOP for a buisness major. It was tough. With long hours of studying and plenty plenty of homework, my social life was limited because RB was more of a priority. Eventually, I acquired my B.A and RB became number on my priority list.

Staying Fit

Exercise and eating healthy is a major part of my success. Here are some examples of my daily routine.

TRX System
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Some exercises include the power pull, which focuses on arms, back, and core strength. Another exercise is the suspended lunge, which focuses on leg and core strength.
Weight Lifting
In order for me to have power behind my swing especially for my drive serves, I need to maintain my strength at a level beyond average. Bench press and curls take care of my upper body while leg presses, squats, and squats take care of the lower half. These exercises are just a fraction of what my workout routine consists.
Healthy Eating Habits
Eating healthy is very important to me and decided to go vegan. There are other ways to add on the protein needed for my diet and because of this I noticed the change. I encourage my family to take part to fully understand the benefits from it.
